Piloting

The piloting of embeddable visualisations was conducted for five Eurostat infographics publications. 

Sharing

For all shared visualisations, the technical developments are done centrally at Eurostat, and Eurostat makes them “fit for sharing”. Thereafter, the NSIs wishing to do so translated them into their languages and made the visualisations available from their respective websites.

The embeddable visualisations were made available by Eurostat for translation and reuse. 11 NSIs have translated and published one or more of the tools Economic Trends, Young Europeans, Quality of Life and You in the EU on their respective websites, rendering a total of 28 translations. (The visualisations on Government expenditure in the EU have not been translated yet.)
