Background
A thorough communication and promotion study was conducted under a Eurostat procurement contract. The study was conducted in three phases:
- desktop research (literature review, outreach to NSIs, a positioning analysis)
- fieldwork (online survey, interviews, focus groups, social media analysis, social media interaction)
- consolidation (cross-data analysis, collaborative workshops)
