Background

Destatis has developed an e-learning tool, mainly intended for use by university students. Following an agreement between Destatis and Eurostat, Destatis shared the source material for the e-learning modules with Eurostat.

This allowed Eurostat to translate the e-learning material (originally in German) to English, and adapt it (originally with examples taken from Germany) to the European context.
