Who can create a News item?

Only "community leaders" (e.g. ESSnet project leaders, ESSnet project officers and leaders of interest groups) can create events.

How to create a News item?

You could create an event via "Create content | news" in the User panel  visible in the right side of the top banner when you're logged in - or by clicking on

Where are the News displayed?

News items are displayed in reverse chronological order on the "News" page (accessible by clicking on "News" on the drop-down menu anywhere in the CROS portal, or on "See all news" on the CROS start page). The three most recent news items  are shown on the CROS start page.
