The group contributes to the project and creation of the WIN (Web Intelligence Network) across the ESS by acting as a liaison between the project and external users. The mandate of the WISER is to:
- Be a partner and co-creator of the WIN by contributing to the definition of the requirements, improvements and functionalities of the project developments and the Web Intelligence Hub (WIH);
- Evaluate and test project outcomes and outline potential developmental areas, provide independent feedback on the usability and functionality of the WIH components;
- Promote and disseminate the results of the project, as well as the WIH, and the integration of its services in the national statistical production systems across the ESS.
A specific contribution of the WISER to the project will involve the proposal of four new developments to be tested and/or elaborated by the project. The feasibility of their implementation will be assessed by the project team.
Other experts interested in joining the group can contact the WISER group coordinator - Alessandra Righi: righi@istat.it.
