Problem

You right-click on the link to a file (.doc, .pdf etc.) and select "save targe as..." or "print target" - but you get an "unable to download" or similar error message.

Cause

The security settings of CROS only allows direct access to files if they are opened via a link on CROS.

Solution

To save or print a file, you first have to open it by clicking on the file name on the CROS portal page linking to it, then you may save or print it.
